Mario and Luigi RPG 3

Is a new game coming for the Nintendo DS. Apparently, the sprites are same as PiT, but there are many new additions.
One of the biggest, seems to be that in some parts of the game, you can play as Bowser Koopa. There are many new areas, items, attacks, such the fact you can do a "Piggyback Jump Attack" without having the baby bros in the game. Ever. A small IGN video:
